no mate they will look at how sophisticated the set up is and the amount of space you have used, number of plants, evidence of supplying and classify the offence based on all the different factors. A closet grow will nearly always be a class 4 offence and you wont get jail providing your records fairly clean and your not on any sort of order. Scales, bags and cash can complicate things tho so best not keeping anything like that at home its a needless risk. know of an elderly man who was very ill with a massive house. The lads growing in his house had upto 80 plants in their and the leccy was wired. He didnt get jail because he said he had been forced into it. Based on his illness, age and appearance he was believed. I know for a fact the first grow their was successful and all involved made a very nice amount. Including the old man .

Not getting a sentence from 80 plants still amazes me tho... Most of us would be fucked haha not to mention the stolen leccy! court can be a real lottery, best not going ey ;)

I have known lads to be raided and literally nothing come of it. A caution i think its called. They dont even take the equipment because its all legal to own. They will how ever tend to "accidentally" break a lot of your shit haha

The only people i know who have been raided had big mouths or disgruntled people involved in the operation who most likely grassed partners up due to feeling hard done buy. Never due to that heat seeking shit you read about. They really just arnt that bothered about a few cannabis plants, Its more and more common. The judges and magistrates are out of touch with the general public and I believe they are mainly clueless on just what these plants are worth! That is just my opininon tho.

1 plant- 8 plants no diffrence ur still getting a band c fine if u aint been caught b4

and yeh u loose your equipment and if your council or housing then u go bak to been a unsecure tennant for 12 months,

and if u ust have equipment DONT sign it over DONT let em blag u into it

The tennant thing im not sure about... I know a lad who was caught with plants and shortly after did a short amount of time in prison for something completely un relted. The council kept his flat for him until his release. Probation have a massive say in housing and other issues. By un secure tennant what does that mean? They can ask you to leave at any point? You may be right but if council wanted him out they had perfect oppertunity... You are right about the plants but factors can affect charges you face.

Not sure if this would actually come into it but with all these cuts in policing etc etc plus the amount of class A's and all that entails Im not sure ur average joe public would be very happy about already stretched resources being put into busting folk for a few plants.Thats not to say u can wave it under their noses

Where I am Im sure ur tenancy gets kept for up to a year if ur inside.Personally Ive only ever been in twice,a fully commital (110 days at that time) and two weeks for fines but thats more than enough for me lol

yeh wen u live council ur first 12 months is unsecure, any issues u get evicted and nowt u can do, after 12 months u become secure. as in theyd have to get a court order to get you out

so yeh everyone i know whos been done has been made unsecure again for 6 months or 12.

and ya mates flat is point in case, they will have kept his flat aslong as he dint do more than 3 months witch is a 6 month sentance, and thats the max they will hold it for 12 weeks.3 months, he will have been a secure tennat and on realse got ade a unseure one for 1 2omnths just to make sure he doesnt start again

Sounds about right to me. In conclusion dont get caught and avoid the headache no matter how petty!

Light is supposed to degrade the THC on your buds so better to avoid. Not only that but you dont want heat drying them to quickly. They end up smelling like straw and tasting like shit. If you cant use the tent or room just get a big cardboard box and put one of them little pc fans at one end and if your bothered about smell get a little filter for 30 quid or whatever and put that in the other side of the box with a bit of duct. Make sure the box is air tight and your fine. Id use a piece of string through the box also to hang the buds from so they arnt lying on top of each other. Got to be careful with mold when drying. The moving air circulation prevents this as long as the buds arnt packed together to tight. Anywhere dark, with good circulation and not to much humidity is fine is fine.

Im thinking of doing a staggered harvest in 3 weeks if i think i can get a good bit more push from the bottom buds so may use this method myself! Then again I might just buy another tent just for drying in...
