Awesome thread! I love to bargain hunt for supplies. Check your dollar stores and 99 cent stores. They ALWAYS change products that are in. Spray bottles, flexible wire mesh for plants, and a nice assortment of other things I have found shopping there.

Way too many questions. You need to spend many more hours of research because that magic post your looking for will not be posted here. Look around the site for a few hours and read :)

Tetra Aquarium Heater: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=12177656

My bubbler is a warm cabinet where I veg. but I couldnt keep the water in the bubbler warm enough for my rooting clones. I grabbed small heater thats supposed to keep up w/ a 5 gallon tank and keep temps around 75-78.

I use 1 gallon in my cloner and that POS cant keep that 1 gallon warm. Wish I had read the reviews on Walmarts site before I bought that pile of shit. Its worthless and a complete waste of $.
If youre having the same issues keeping your H2O step up to a better heater, its worth the extra $

Dunno if it's cause the new year, but I just bought some 2700k 100 watt equivalent CFL's from walmart for 97cents each. "Lights of America" brand

Said something about PG&E supplementing the cost. Maybe its for the newyears resolutions to lower your power costs.

Won't the rain bird 2.0gph drip manifold pour out water instead of it trickling out because it has no adjustability? I'm sure it would happen...
