The way I got out of jail

So let me explain the situation. Me an 3 buds are smoking blunts on the curb in a random cul de sac. One of my friends had weed on him. He got arrested. There was weed in my car, and they searched it. When I got to court though I got my friend to sign an affidavid to free me, but that would get him trouble right? Wrong, in the state of texas, 17 is the legal age of conscent. But on a state level it's 18. So I got my 17 year old buddy to clear me and when they thought about prosecuting him on a federal level they couldn't charge him with anything cause the affidavid he used to free me couldn't be used against him cause he was 17, not 18.

that would work except his car was there..

try to pick a better spot to smoke and dont ride around with weed.. only cary what you are going to smoke and never more than you can eat

Rolling around in cars and smoking is something everyone does in their late teens when they start driving. I myself scored one or two possession charges this way. Its dumb but we all did it. My only advice is, get an apartment :)

It sounds to me like you were gonna fuck your buddy over something bad though. Not cool man.

We've always had the rule that whoever has the most on them takes the blame for it all...No point in everyone going down plus where I live less that 1 ounce is a ticket. This is of course if you have too much to eat :)

Never have weed in your car unattended. Always have it stashed when your smoking. Worse case....Eat that shit or make you friend eat it..

No problem. It doesn't matter how old the subject is though, everyone who smokes weed should watch that video and learn their rights so cops don't violate them.
