Hello Everyone new to the site, hope I'm not pulling a jerk move and jumping in on this thread. Reading the forums on here I knew I had to join up. You guys seemed really cool and I love TGA's SPacebomb!!! Its my new favorite. Been smoking for 20 years but only doing my own thing for a couple of years. Using Advanced leds 180 extreme flower. I have Jilly Bean working now very excited shes like peeling a tangerine or some kind of citrus fruit already. I'm going to be dropping my first Querkle here in the next couple of days and Agent Orange was ordered on Friday. That is one awesome spread you have laid out Nugbucket!!!! I'm a chef and have been killing a lot of lobsters lately :-) So excited to to talk to some people about everything.

Nug,
My Cam does not have a white balance setting :)
I was using a white piece of paper with my Nikon 12 years ago its not lack of knowlegde but lack of technology.
Ima grab a new cam soon with a wider screen view and better mic attachment and I will make sure I can set WB

Cant hate on that. Didn't realize you were from the great state of Wisconsin. I just know up there (The U.P.)its pretty much Eastern Wisconsin when it comes to football... and a few other things. Im not losing hope in my team though, 5 inches of snow I'm hoping to see a crazy game tonight. First rough shot of a Qrazy Train nug. Ill be leaving it out of the jar so it'll be smokable tonight for a test run at kick off.

I know how sub hates stupid questions and questions that have been asked before. So hoping someone can answer this for me and it hasnt been asked already. My thing is this a good number of us know that sometimes when you get a bag of Roots Org. you get more than just dirt like bugs. Ive gotten thrips in the last couple bags that i bought. I use the Montrey to get rid of them and it works good do the drench with it. It kills the bugs after a few applications. Heres the question tho since i live in a walk in freezer of a state If i let my bags of soil sit outside overnight and freeze will it kill the bugs?? Or will the bugs just go into a state of hibernation like some bugs do and then when the soil unfreezes they come alive again. Im just curious if this will work. If anyone has tried it? I got lots of Montrey and Azomax so the bugs will get killed either way. So does letting your bags of roots freeze then thaw out kill the bugs?

I can confirm freezing seems to have no effect on even reducing populations of the little sobs. I think they are just hungrier when they thaw out ready to "get busy", so to speak.

Thats what i was thinking too that they would just go into hibernation mode. so i will just give the pots a soak before the clones and seeds get planted with the azomax or the montrey. that should take care of it. Who knows it might not be thrips this time might be something new. Thanks for the quick answer sub.

I thought I might of gotten some starnge bug from the foxfarm soil awhile back. Fought them with the Azamax barely worked. They seemed to come back over time. I was using the plantable pots for my seedlings and clones. I stopped using these and the bug problem seemed to stop. Anyone else had a similar experience with these pots?

i have used the cold to keep root aphids at bay, but other insects seem to be unaffected by the temperature. just in my experience. those damn thrips and gnats are resilient!!

Merit 75 use once and never see them punk ass aphids again. Here in Colorado we get those brown and translucent rice aphids. I finally figured out which ones they were.
