Thermometer Readings

Can anyone make any sense of these readings, i don't understand which reading is for the ress on the right thermometer and how can both differ so much. I want to make sure environment is ok for the arrival of a cutting.

the one on left is purely ambient temp and humidity and thermometer on right does all that as well as reservoir temp. Both humidity and temps differ so much on each

just bought one on right a week ago, more inclined to believe that one

I have the exact same one as the left one. If actually left in a spot where the light can hit the screen, it will fluctuate lot. Its good for a approx ambiant temp say sitting in the shade, but no good for one to be used as canopy level in full light.
