ahhh, i'll keep my fans lower then :)

do you think it might have anything to do with my CO2 generator? it's just a 2 litre bottle with the lid off and the plants had been fine before i but that in there...
sounds like youʻve got drainage problems to me. If the soil remains too moist the algea will grow on the top of the soil like that. make sure when you water that your runoff does not remain in contact with the pot. If your plants are still little the next time you re-pot them you could add sand, perlite, gravel, etc. to your soil.
Hoped that helped your issue bro.

It could of helped it grow but its not your cause. Keeping your fans lower will also allow more of that co2 to be used by your plants . Its not a real serious issue and it wont spread like mold will it just takes some nutrients from the soil. you could be watering a little too often as well.

yeah my pots are just in old cigar tins, i'll raise them up so they don't sit in the water and when i transplant i'll add in some gravel or something.

when i water i try to let them go dry, but it's my first time growing so i'm not sure how dry i can let them get. i'll just experiment

Thanks very much guys :)

Weather's comin' around, brother! As soon as they feel 90 degrees on the surface of their leaves, it'll really help throw them back into re-veg.

This should be a big week for your girls.:)

Got some ideas for what I want to change my av to, when we all go back to normal avs...
Check em out, and lemme know what you think...

Which do you like? I dig the fourth one. Haha.

Yeah should be a good week coming up here I'm looking at my night temps though and there still in the mid 60's when they stay in the 70s is when the real magic starts happening. Were defiantly getting there though, I have a couple clones I'm going to put out in pots when it gets there. As for the av's I'm digging the 2nd and 3rd but the second one moves to fast. I got an Idea for one though Its something I drew awhile back I'll post it up in a bit.

Oooh! That's a good idea. Draw your own av! That's a good possibility for the month of July. I'll post a different one each week.

Donkey'll prolly draw a damn stickman, and put it as his av. Hahaha.

Hey yous guys I thowght the 60's were good for outdoor weed?:peace:
It is! Dont be misled by what he said. You see, Sv is in the process of re-vegging his plants, and with his plants, he needs very summer-like conditions to help with his re-vegging. Temps in the 60s are prime for cannabis cultivation. Plenty good enough temps... 10 or 15 degrees from perfect, actually.:)

Man that is the thing with outdoor growing (the only type I know) perfect conditions are really hard to come by. I have noticed that a lot of the south, KY, TN, NC, SC, man they seem to be getting a whole lot of rain, and the mid west has been getting tornados, a lot of them. I hope for everyone things start to settle down.:peace:

It also has a bit to do with plant metabolism 65
is a good low temp below 58 and things slow down a little, nothing bad. I'm just looking forward to the point at which there isn't too much of a difference between night and day temperatures that's when the shit really blows up.

the first one is fucking sketchy. the second one is cool, reminds me of that programme spaced, anyone seen it?

sv, how exactly do you re-veg? surely picking all the bud causes massive stress and kills the plant?

After a plant shows sex you re introduce it into a 24/0 light schedule after about 14 days it will stop budding and start growing stems and leaves again. the bud that formed stays there until It becomes aged at which point it dries out at falls off. In my situation I was growing many different sets of genetics and it took awhile to show on some, so a couple of my plants are much further along than the others. I was able to have them in 24/0 for two weeks before I put them out and they stopped growing bud, and the typical deformed looking re veg growth started. I'm sure you have noticed it on at least one of my plants the new growth looks kinda like spinach. Right now though at my latitude I am getting 15.9 hours of light and the season will peak at about 17.1 hours around June 21st this is when they should start growing buds again. So basically to answer your question you blast it with lots of light and wait until It stops flowering.

oh, so you never actually picked the bud? what exactly is the advantage? just to make sure you've got females then increase yield by re-veging?

Yeah that and I don't like digging holes and buying soil for plants that end up being male. I did cut off a couple small buds and dried them just cause I was curious to see what my stuff was going to be like. It was actually pretty damn good, tasted sweet and got me a little bit high. Normally I wouldn't have but I was out and this stuff is just going to end up in the dirt otherwise ya know. But yeah you don't pick it, it just falls off. Sometimes topping the plant again will make it go back to veg also

oh awesome :) it's a lemon strand right?
Trying to get one made, but yes they all have a scent somewhat reminiscent of lemons or fruit. They are all from unknown genetics though.

You can pick those buds if you wanted to though, they often just aren't mature. Some of the outdoor Cali growers do a mini harvest or seed harvest early in the year then a real bud harvest at the end like normal.
