Things to restrict transpiration?

WinterCan anyone tell me if spraying neem has the same affect as spraying an actual anti-transpirent like wilt proof?people spray it on Christmas trees and wreaths is that way in New England New England anyways. Flying skull makes a very good product for spraying clones after sticking.
