Pretty sure its less then 60% and also you can't install anything on the library computer to torrent lol. You don't have write access. So now your parade just got shit all over. Sorry.

Unless you live in fucking Alabama. Where the computers have guns for security. But honestly I lived in a tiny town with one library that had 6 pcs. Couldn't install shit. Ever.

I live in Liberty north carolina, the most desolate place in the country, and i tried to download it but like Kodank said it wont do it.
