Alright people.... I want to create a recycling DWC sytem. I would like you all to provide me your thoughts and whether I am missing something.
Here is my plan:
(1) 1000w Digital Ballast with both MH and HPS which will be switched out depending on stage
(1) EasyCool Reflector; sealed with inline air 6
(4) t5 Fluorescent lights will be placed around the edge of the cabinent
(6) Five Gallon BubbleBuckets
(2) Air Stones Per Bucket
(2) Dual Diaphragm Air Pump each running one air stone in each plant for redundancy - each 340GPH w/ 4 inputs
(1) Elite 802 Air Pump running (2) airstones within reservoir - 20GPH; 2 inputs
(1) 20 Gallon Reservoir w/ 2 Airstones
(1) GrowBright 6" Inline Fan & Charcoal Filter Combo
(1) pH EC TDS Meter w/ Temperature Monitor will mount to the wall and be dropped into the reservoir bucket to be constantly monitored.
All buckets will be connected to a Control Bucket with a float valve.
The control bucket will be connected to reservoir via tubing and the reservoir will be located in a different air conditioned room so that I can better control the water temperature. I was planning on running the tubing through the attic and then prime the tubing and then let gravity fill the control bucket when the float valve opens.
I was then planning on connecting a water pump to the last bucket that will pump the water from the plants back into the reservoir so it constantly re-circulates.
What am I not thinking of here???? Thoughts?
