Third grow, new setup, honing in. 5x fem Nirvana Blackjack

G'day ladies and gentlemen,
So we ended up moving, and it worked out because I get a whole bedroom to experiment with. So my 5 Blackjack seeds should be in my mailbox tomorrow morning, so I finished basic construction on my grow room (cords still aren't organized as you can see!)

What we have going on:
400w HPS/MH cooltubed
8' wide, 9' high, 3' deep
Vents going to a 175 CFM Vortex I bungied in the attic, also a carbon filter up there as well just in case some smell leaks down into the house.
Have the whole foxfarm bundle, love their nutes!

Anyways wish me luck and hopefully I can have some dank pictures to post in the coming months, comments/critiques appreciated!

Seeds have arrived, popped and have been planted. Day 1 on April 1st. Hope to have some updates in a couple weeks!

good luck on this one im pulling up a chair for sure, im a huge fan of nirvana im workin on there ak48 strain right now and was considering there blackjack strain next time around, keep the updates comin because im watchin for sure

Thanks man nice to have you, I had alot of luck with the AK48 from Nirvana, it was my last grow and they turned out to be sexy buds even though I had to cut them a couple weeks early Beautiful plant though, very beginner friendly!

sorry not trying to jack your thread or anything but how did you like the smoke with the ak? did it dry nicely? im really stoked to try blackjack soon though it was a tossup between that and the ak my first time around. how do you like the fox farm nute?

For having to harvest early, I was honestly skeptical on how high it would get me, but it was definitely incredible bud, just destroyed us. Dried fine, took a little longer, I would expect to be drying for atleast a week and a half, but I ended up getting 3 ounces dried from one plant. Have to attribute that to the fox farm nutes, I only had Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom on the last grow, but it gave me a ridiculous amount of crystal. This time around I have the Grow Big as well, and most likely Cha Ching & the other supplements by the time flowering rolls around. So I think it's going to be interesting!

So we're 2 weeks in today, had 1 seed seem to stunt on me (rooted but just had a brown nub instead of popping up). So anyways we have 4 that are looking nice and healthy! Going to start giving light doses of Big Bloom in the next couple days!

19 days from seed so far! Have started feeding 1/4 strength BigBloom and in the next couple days going to start up with the GrowBig. They're looking nice and healthy, never had young plants this green!

So I've started LST, have them all on their first bend, I've had alot of luck with the LST before so I've kinda stuck with it! They're still looking nice and healthy, getting half doses of Big Bloom and Grow Big. Looking at setting up a clone section in the near future so I can take some cuttings of these gals!

Quick update! Built myself a clone room and thought I would share. Also bumped the ladies up to half doses of nutes, they seem to love it. peace guys

As you can see, duct tape is my friend. Wasn't really going for beauty haha

Haven't updated in a while so I thought I would put up some pictures!

I had to switch the ladies to flower a little later than preferred, but I guess they'll just be bigger

I have been giving them Open Sesame for a couple weeks already, switched them to flower 2 days ago, and started giving the recommended TigerBloom and Big Bloom. Continued with the LST, tried to get some good pictures of the before and after of tying them down. The stems have already almost gone in a full semi-circle around the pot.

Other than a couple yellow fan leaves are a couple tiny spots of nute burn, I think they're fairly healthy! Let me know if you think otherwise!

Also got my second light so I got my clone room up and the clones cut! Got 4, one of each plant. Once I see which one buds the most I'll probably use that corresponding clone as a mother! Comments/Questions gladly welcomed

Everything going swell! Have just started giving them the Beastie Bloomz, they're looking nice and healthy and have started blooming

Enjoy guys I'm thinking about flushing in about 2 weeks, cant wait!

Decided to keep them flowering for a little longer, I plan on using Final Flush 3 days from now, and probably let them go for another week-two weeks! Let me know what you think! Do they look 2 weeks from harvest??
