Welcome to Los Angeles that was tame by comparison LOL! You haven't lived until you hear the mechanism of injury tales. You always try to capture them verbatim too. For some reason the motorcycle rider's down here don't think they require a lane to ride in. They like to share yours. This goes badly for them in unique situations. Fortunately/unfortunately there is a high tax on motorcyclists who go full retard.

It's the one state in the union where splitting lanes by bikers is allowed. I was gobsmacked when i moved here. cn

Woah hard to say if this is legit or not.
I can't say whether this video is legit. But I can say I've seen plenty of these type of reindeer games played in LA. So if this wasn't true I'm sure there is one where it was. The APG* is pretty high here.

Great call. You can see the shadow of the bike/rider from the streetlights in the first few seconds. I rewatched it and you can see he swerved to miss the worker. Still a testament to the ridiculous things CA donorcycle riders will do.

I was wondering why he didn't have a hose to it myself, but even more odd to me was HOW CLOSE HE WAS TO MOVING TRAFFIC.

I do not trust people in cars. Idiots, drunks, pill poppers, meth heads, women putting on makeup, kids texting, etc.....did I say Asians?

ESTERO, FL - The driver involved in a deadly crash that killed a motorcyclist Thursday night is charged with DUI, according to Florida Highway Patrol. The crash happened just before 10 p.m. and involved an SUV and a motorcycle. The SUV, driven by 54-year-old Donna Lynne Brown, was traveling north on US-41 and made a U-turn at Constitution Boulevard. Troopers say Brown failed to see 54-year-old motorcyclist Carl Edward Patrick traveling south on US-41 and struck him. According to FHP, Brown did not stop after hitting Patrick and dragged him and his motorcycle for about three miles before she was stopped by deputies. "Sparks were coming from underneath the vehicle and he conducted a traffic stop just north of Corkscrew Road," explained FHP Lt. Greg Bueno. "This just goes to show how quickly something can happen." Deputies initiated a traffic stop north of Corkscrew Road on US-41. Brown was arrested and charged with DUI Manslaughter, DUI Property Damage, Hit and Run with Death, DUI and Careless Driving. She's in the Lee County Jail on a $70,000 bond.
