A little over 4 weeks old, and about 3 days of LST. What do you think? Is there a way to encourage them to be female??

No pic so can't tell, but the answer to your second question is no.

I'll be crushed if they turn out to be dudes.

Don't be, it's a learning experience. Learn off it even if it's a male. Gotta learn somewhere, then u will know later in down the road how to weed out males or, even tend to them if u wanted to start breeding. Gotta learn somewhere. Good luck and happy growing
