This timer could ruin my grow

I have had my timer for years, no problem.
I'm not sure if these thins break but my light is not turning off and on, it does it totally randomly.

I've ordered a new one but I think the damage is done plants are not looking too good.

There's a random button , doesn't look like it's on that setting though.
