@Wizzlebiz I got 4 kids. I smoke about once or twice a week at night to do exactly what you said - stay sharp. Kids are crafty and they are curious. One if my kids got through 3 locked doors twice in the same night! She rang the doorbell both times to let us know she's Home... lol. Best advice for the diapers I can give is Costco or Sam's Club. A lot of diapers for way cheaper than any other place. You'll save thousands, literrally... costco is more like huggies and Sam's is more like Pampers just an fyi.

Congrats. I gotta say though, there's no need to quit smoking or growing. Just don't be as hardcore. I only walked into a step child situation but I basically just stopped puffing all night. I found a bowl or two over the evening is perfectly fine.

Basically, grown up responsible people smoke pot. You just can't get totally fucked up for about 13 yrs.

Has nothing to do with socially acceptable tbh. It has to do with being sharp at every possible turn for the kid.

I feel my job as a parent is simply to show my child how the world works and more importantly how to make the world work for you.

If I'm honest about who I was and who I have become..... I know I would have been way further along in life had I not been couch locked most of my teen and adult life.

I will miss it though.
Congratulations man. This is one time you're hoping to see Balls.

I really respect your decision to quit for the kids sake. He's gonna have a great dad if you're already thinking about sacrificing for his benefit. Notice the wishful thinking, lol.

its not that bad- kids are good, why stop growing? you can still grow and make a living just go stealth mode, when kids start asking questions thats when you worry --- they talk :bigjoint:

My kids have always leaked through with Pampers. Some people swear by one or the other. I got what ever was cheaper, especially with my twins lol. Huggies also have some velcro type stuff on the sides that help from the diaper sagging. Hard to explain lol. Either way, Costco Or Sam's will be your best bet for diapers. Also check ebay for NEW carseats at very cheap prices. My wife got $150 carseats for $75 and they were new in the box.

I dont grow to sell. I grow for personal use and to share with friends. I have no income source from weed outside of not spending money on buying weed.

And don't get me wrong I'm sure I will smoke here or there when I'm at my wits end but I just can't be doing it like I have for 31 years.

Good stuff. Raising kids is the most important thing you will ever do, they are our future. Cudos to ya for taking it this seriously. They wont stop coming though, once your kids are grown, the grandkids start coming. Its an awesome thing, i love my grandkids as much as my own. Ive grown outdoors off and on myself throughout my kids life, when it was possible. Ive always been very passionate about growing so it was tough for me to give up completely, but family always comes first. Talk to your kids honestly and let them know you are listening to them, be as involved as you can be, it will pay off. Do what you have to do for your family to be ok. Good luck on your journey, its a wild ride
