This years plants are coming along pretty well. I have two different unknown varities that were from some great shit I bought a few years ago. Check out how I have kept them from growing over the height of the fence. I call them Sunrise and Sunset. I started with Six plants and had 4 males. I glad I planted 6.
BTW you can see the tricolms already are forming in the Closeups.

Actually I have 5 rocks tied to the five would be colas. I bends them enough so my neighbor can't see them. If I need to I'll add more.

Durban Poison you say. Man I sure wish I knew for sure what strains I'm growing. I've been growing the same two strains for the past two years and am real happy with the stone they give me.
Last year my yeald was 11 ozs. which is just about what I use in a year. I have about an oz. left and thanks to vacuum packing and storing in a cold dark place its still as good as it was last year after curing. These plants are much larger than last years. I figure I'll get about 16 to 18 ozs. this year.

Its been great not having to buy any for a whole year. Especially since I always bought the best (most expensive) shit around.

I moved the male plants away from the females and fortunately two of them began to pollinate early. Before the females started putting out real flowers. I saved some pollen then got rid of the males. This was early July. Yesterday I pollinated and marked two flowers on each plant by dabbing some pollen with a little paint brush. Hopefully I'll get some fresh seeds. Since all of my remaining seed is about 3 or 4 years old.

I'll do some more closeups as the tricolms (am I spelling that right) develop more. I can get even closer if I use a mono pod on my camera.

good luck with your seeds. It is just a guess on the strain, there are to many out there to be sure. ( correct spelling is trichome )

Hanging rocks are awesome. I did something like that, involving putting stakes in the plant to make a "shelf" and putting rocks on top, but they fell off after a few days. Your idea is hardcore.

great idea with the rocks. I am tying down my 3 babies and they are really looking good. I'm gonna use the rock method on my new ones. looking really tasty.
