Three weeks aero garden grow(pics)

Dang no input that's kind of disappointing lolHey guys, this is my first time growing, and I wanted to know what you guys thought. This is just some bag seeds but, I am hoping for some ladies. These were just taken today. Most of my plants are at three weeks some are a little bit younger. Please let me know thanks.

yeah I started them on 12/12 almost a week ago. How long does it take in flowering to see sex signs? No plans to to change out of the aero garden, i followed instructions off of this web site http://www.ehow.com/how_4917783_grow-medical-marijuana-using-aerogarden.html, and it seems to work. I planted so many because there bag seeds and i am not sure which will be male or female. Thanks for all of the positive feedback. Fingers crossed for females
There notches on the aero garden to move it up 3 or for more spaces but how long should I wait to move it up? Right before it touches the bulbs or sooner? Thanks.

Its will show sex any day now.
Keep as close to the light as the plant can handle. If the light is to hot for your hand when holding it up to it, its to close to the leaves.
They may still grow to big..... so watch out.
Thanks for your feedback think2toke. I see no sign of sex yet. However, they have gotten bigger since yesterday. I was reading most sex signs show on day 10. Is that pretty much what I should expect?
Thanks man you should see them today, they are getting beefy as fuck. The root system is fine I change the nutes every week so I see there progress. It should be good with four plants in each 6 pod aerogarden from what I read. But since I used bag seed I am not sure which are males and females so it may be less. I have read the people take the whole pod and plant it in soil as a transplant. But, that just what I have heard.

No, this is my first grow. But, everything is going well so far.
Can you take the light thing off. If so buy sokme cfls as a new light if they get to tall.
And you should add some cfls to em when they begin to beef up.
Hey, thanks for the advice. Yeah the lights come off. What color/watt cfls do you suggest I use? I heard to use different colors and shit but, I don't have room for all of those lights in my closet.

the problem is those plants are gonna out grow that thing in no time. What I would do is transplant those and take the best female for a mommy. Take 4" cuttings off her and flower them right away that way you get a single cola on a small 'stick'. If you wanna continue using those little systems you're going to have to adapt to 'micro growing'. the lights should be fine for smaller plants. Are you using the nutes that came with the systems?
'The people that I have seen who grow in them haven't had to transplant. They where able to grow and yeild in them. I am using floranova grow and bloom.
