Thrips week 4 of flower .

Sadly they are back . Im really trippen now because I am in week 4 of flower.

Do I spray spinosad again ? Will it be safe ?

I've been having a rough month . Any advice ?

Hypoaspis miles is what I would use

I tried hypoaspis mites with little effect, hypoasapis mites live in the soil surface, thrips hatch in soil then move up the plants?
I wouldn't mess around with any less than something that killed eggs, larvae and adults.
