thrips?

i have a bunch of these tiny white bugs in my run off water i don't have any thing that fly's and i can't find any on a leave so i'm not sure but here is a pic with my 60x in front of my cam thats the only way i could get it to look like anything in a pic.what should i be doing with these? i'm in hempy buckets 5-6 weeks into 12/12..thanks and +rep for good advice

Do your leaves have that damage on them? Those really don't look like thrips to me . . . they look more like springtails. Springtails are not harmful and you don't want to use poisons just for springtails.

Thrip larva are more yellow and have a more pointy ass end. Springtails are clear/white and have a round ass end, much like the pics you posted that you took with your camera. I posted a picture of a springtail next to the larva of another bug so you can see how tiny they are in the other thread you have about this.
