I got this thrips issue and I'm In week 6 of flower and wonder what I should use to kill them.. is it to late for me to spray with any thing...

Well at least they aren't spider mites. Many use spinosad late in flower but many others say they aren't much more than an nuisance recommending to just hose the plants off with something like this
