Well my high as one of these night flipped both my veg and bloom switch so I could get a reading to estimate if seedling could handle the switch .. I flipped the one off and carried of turning off the gfi every night and flipping it on in the morning ...well today we had a litttle inspection and noticed I have been running the bloom switch only instead of veg for the last three days ...plants don’t seem to mind it at all but think I’m going to switch it to both switches after I transplant bout nine day old seedlings

What height and what light power are you using, if it's high enough it shouldn't be a problem.
Seedlings can be delicate it's maybe worth waiting until they get on a bit.

The bloom switch will probably do them good, plants respond well to light around the 3k spectrum.

They almost have two set of jagged edged leafs they r doing great no stretching .so I’m not to worried the only way I measure my light is with a three way soil light and ph tester the light I have right now is a 120w actual draw non blurple has red blue and white diodes I also have a Mars ya 600 but gonna throw that in there when they r a little older
