Thank you. I am going to scuff the sides an add some giberic acid. Then hope for the best about all I can do.
I crack open seeds that wont pop with tweezers and it almost always works unless they are stored bad. Its really not that hard just gotta be careful. Squeeze along from the back of the seem until they open, then pull apart the two halves carefully.

I drop them in peroxide and then add water for a day. I use a seed heating mat and make sure the seeds aren't near the heating element I use then end of it or it will burn them up and set towels underneath the mat and 2 plates like thick ones you eat off. Like a saucer size and paper towels and then grow my thumb nails a little bit and use them. I can bust anything unless the seed was bad to begin with and you can normally look at tell. Tweezers would work good, but I'm used to my thumbs. I just busted 48 out of 50 from 2010 bag seeds that were just in a plastic bag. The dry out with heat and need sprayed every few days. I almost always have to use my thumb nail when they are old.

Ran a full pack (12 seeds) of Pearly Whites (Meat Breath x White Truffle) this winter. I knew white truffle crosses inherently came with a herm warning, so I was really only looking for one female that wouldn't herm to keep a cut of. Got 6 males (tossed, was just looking for a cut of a female). Of the remaining 6 females, all 6 began to grow pollen sacs in addition to bracts & pistils during flowering, true intersex traits, some earlier, some later, but all of them eventually. I was aware of the potential when I got the seeds, but I wanted to mention it to anyone who wasn't that it's a risk. I grew them alongside some afghani from seed and some cuts of other plants and they were the only ones that grew pollen sacs so I don't think it was just a stress response. I didn't want them pollinating the other plants so I have no idea how the flower would have turned out. They were extremely broad-leaved.

Another round of the Night king x lurch is coming to a close. I’m giving her another couple of weeks due to finally being able to self pollinate via a separate clone in the same tent. However long it takes to let the seeds mature.
I can tell by her Shape that there’s quite a few in there. One has shown its face.
Creating the seed was basically the sole mission for this run. The usable flower is just a plus. This was 150w & a 3gal pot. Next flower run for her will be in a 10gal all organic.

I finished 3 of 6 females from seed and the keepers were pretty amazing. I’m running the 6 from clone now and day 21, all 6 are clean still. I’ll be keeping an extra eye out the next couple weeks. Not feeding my soil this run. My white truffles can herm but seems to happen more when I’m pushing the food or my vpd is off.

Hard to believe north atlantic is scamming anybody, I've used em a few times over the last couple years. They are a legit bank with sealed breeders packs.
