Timer fan wall plug explained

Can you put a plug on a timer fan in short yes. You need bridge wire from L live to SL switched live then put use brown/ positive in L live and blue/neutral in N and earth yellow and green wrap around a screw.. now enjoy the breeze

110 or 220?
