Tin foil work like mylar?

not as good 1ml mylar reflects 90% and aluminum foil reflects around 70% of the light if I remember correctly it also reflects the heat warming up the area. If cost is an issue use flat white paint it is the next best thing to mylar...

Foil will cook your plants. Don't go there.

Flat White Paint is very reflective and is what I would use unless you have lots of cash and a handy hydro store.

No, I believe it actually absorbs a good portion of light and the light that it does reflect is often directed into hot spots burning holes in your plants and nugs.

White paint, mylar, or one of those fancy new reflective materials they have, use of those.

IF YOUR HAVING TROUBLE FINDING MYLAR, YOU CAN USE THIS. ITS JUST AS REFLECTIVE AS MYLAR, I USE THIS.
