yeah im thinking of adding 2 more 42w 6400k lights at the bottom. also should i leave the walls flat white like they are now or put tin foil up? i really don't want to paint.

Leave it white. Nice outdoor.
Leave it white? What a fucktard the word of the day from ninjatoke.
If you go to walmart to the camping dept you will find emergency solar blankets for about 2 dollars each they are made of reflective mylar 53"x82" they can be taped to the wall with clear packing tape 1 should be enough for your needs you will just about double you light.

Really? i wanted mylar but had no idea where to get it, i will definitely check out that emergency blanket you speak of!

do i have to rip out the mylar part of the blanket or do i use the whole thing?

No use the whole thing cut to fit or however you want to use it. they come folded in a 2"x2" ziplock bag displayed at walmart in the coleman camping equipment dept. It is just a piece of thin mylar about 4'x6' line the walls or use as a curtain I buy as many as I can when I need them. So you might buy a couple you will use them.
Your outside grow is very nice.

Leave it white (around 90% reflective) mylar suck to hang and with cfls its all about gettin those lights close to the plants because they dont penetrate super far. so reflectiveness wont even be that big of a deal if your cfls are over a few inches from the wall. outdoor looks tasty! lookin forward to seein the set-up finished.

I personally wouldn't bother with the mylar and there are numerous reasons why. Flat white paint is easier to clean, easier to install (its friggin done already), less heat issues than mylar for your confined space and less chance of fungus growing (like between the mylar and wall). My temps dropped about 8 degrees when I removed the mylar from my first CFL grow and the only advantage to mylar was a little more reflective. If you feel the need for reflective material then buy panda film, the emergency blankets are a PITA.

well they are all the same light plugs just the one in the middle i had to play around with to make it fit in the light holder thingy.. lol

and they are just thos lights used for working on cars and stuff. here is a pic

kinda like this but its with just a regular plug, and i removed the metal shield because it did not fit in my box the way i wanted it to. i love to find another thing i could use thos because they are about 10$ or more each.
