Tips gone bad?

Would appreciate if anyone can enlighten me as to what is lacking or over abundant with this plant (Royal Haze). Thanks

Without all relevant info, such as ph, watering regime, ppm etc I would be guessing in the dark. if thats what you want then I would say from the droopy nature of the leaves added to that the deep green colouration and tip 'rusting: a combination of over watering and nutrient imbalance is your problem.
