i am a bubbleponics grower. a few days ago, i noticed that my plant was starting to get brown spots and turn a little bit yellow. so sunday night, i changed the res water to plain distilled water. after 24 hours, it didnt seem to get any better at all, in fact it seemed to get worse. fearing nute def, i added a half Tsp of of GH maxi grow to the same res from sunday night about this time last night. it still seems like its getting worse everytime i look and i have no idea what to do. Someone help me please!

How big is the res? Have you checked your roots lately? Algae can sometimes start to grow on the roots and block nutrient uptake. Half of a teaspoon for one gallon is enough not for more than that. Judging by the size of the container in the picture I am guessing at least 5 gallons. I don't know if you left the plugs out of the other sites just for the pictures or what, but you might want to cover those too. Good luck. looks great otherwise

Look for green or brown slime. I would just cover the holes and add some more nutrients step up to 300ppm maybe? Wait for someone more experienced to chime in.

these are updated pics from just seconds ago...i started my flush last night, so ill be changing the res water again tonight to finish the flush. these things are getting worse by the day. i need some good advice on what to do with the res change...either bring the ph down and add half str nutes, leave them im dechlorinated tap water, or what? just need a direction to go in.

hmmmm.... that is odd? Even with my buddies hydro setup... He has never seen anything like that happen?
i know man, no one has any solid advice on what to do...im at a loss. i have no idea whether to add nutes after my res change or not to...i cant tell if its a def or a nute burn....hopefully with all of the experience in these forums, somone will be able to help me save my babies.

okay, so i changed my res water and added half dose of nutes, half dose of epsom salts, and enough ph down to get it to ~6. after doing quite a bit of research, i think i had a combination of different defs...so hopefully my babies are just hungry and not too full. im planning to wait a couple of days, and if i dont see any improvements, ill prolly bump nutes up to full str unless i notice things getting worse. im just praying for my babies :/

What kind of circulation do you have in there, and how hot does it get? I'm not doing Bubbleponics like you but that looks like oxygen deprivation or heat stress. I also just noticed how long ago this was so I hope it worked out for ya!
