So, as everyone misting during flowering may not be so good, being that it may promote root rot. But does misting during vegetative state promote more harm than good? I read that a 1000w light can cause burns that look like nutrient burns, but it could be a rumor. On the PRO side, they say during low humidity like 20's spraying can help the plant. LET me KnOW.

Misting during veg. unlikely to contribute to any root disease/pathogen development but, foliar diseases, such as powdery mildew are easily accelerated from this practice. I've seen no benefit from misting the leaves at any stage. Keep the roots relatively moist and cool with good drainage, get good air circulation through the plant-canopy and disease is rarely a issue.

if your humidity is low(20%), then misting during veg shouldn't be an issue...nor will mold/mildew as it will evaporate quickly and not sit long enough to hurt
