i started my 7 plants august 15th put them outside till they were about 2 inches then transplanted put them inside under a 300watt cfl superlight and 3 100watters with proper ventilation no nutes though and then when they were about 6-8 inches i transplanted to bigger pots and i went and bought a 600 watt hps grow setup its now october 24th and theyre only about 12 inches tall:S am i doing something wrong the temp is always about 75-77 to:S

what nutes are you feeding them? how many nodes (sets of leaves) are there? what kind of soil is it? some strains may not grow very tall very fast, or it could be lack of proper nutrients, or you could have stressed them during transplant. can you take pics of them?

should i just start force flowering?

Well, they are going to be almost 3x that size when they are done. Personally, I would start flowering and give them a real nice PK boost first time they get fed in flowering. Bud Blood and Open Sesame are good early flowering additives to use in the first 2 weeks (both at half strength of course and not in conjunction). Granted if you have a lot more space than it seems and are going for very big plants than I would look into geting some super thrive and some hygrozyme.
