I have not grown cannabis in many years but have spent months getting my room ready.
I have 30 plants under 4 1000s. I had a hard time getting enough clones to fill the room after a poor germination rate from some online seeds. I aquired a few clones from the hydro shop and put them in late after the others were vegging awhile. I have vegged 42 days and the room has a dense canopy of about 5 feet high in two titan flow and grow bucket systems. The plants have just finished week 3 of 12/12and were looking awesome and starting to bud nicely. A week ago I noticed one of the clones had a patchy chlorotic look so i added nitrogen as i already had plenty of cal mag and iron. Next I noticed a rough texture appearing on leaves. I have diagnosed it after much research as a mosaic virus and I AM SURE. I culled the sick plant but on that side of the room (separate bucket system) the plants that were next to it started the same thing and within two days I started to see all the buds shriveling from the bottom up and this is spreading fast. I have thrown a way about 8 plants to separate them from the healthy side so there not touching. Now I see a couple on the good side that were bordering the sick side with some branches with dying buds (Pistols shriveling and going away fast). I was going to cut off the bad branches and spray only that area with physan 20 but am unsure about using this on a smokeable plant. I also have 2 particularly large blueberries on the sick side that still look healthy and would love to save them but they have been using the same reservoir as the other sick plants. Does any one have any ideas, and please don't answer if you dont have experience with viruses or at least Physan.
