well... Not IMO. This combo beats 600w HPS by far. I think 1m2 growtent needs about ~450w driver with samsung LED diodes. Usually Meanwell 480w driver or Inventronics 480w driver.
I have quantumboard W/meanwell 480w driver + samunsung diodes +IR+UV in other tent. Both of them are better than 600w HPS.

More yield and more quality.
600w HPS W/cooltube dries air better, especially now in winter time, I have to run airdryer almost 24/7 440w.

Ohh I see.I think that 400w of led lights is more than enough for 1m2.

I don´t disagree, this TGL-combo could work well in 1,2mx1,2m too. I just started with LED:s last sping, But i have been very very HAPPY!
I gave away my 600w digital drivers + Philips bulbs +cooltubes.
Main benefit of LED:s is that light spreads larger area in tent, and i "think"? these TGL star 60 COB lights penetrate more
efficiently , than chip leds, excluding IR-light. I have UNI-T lux meter and it gives me very execelent numbers through my grow tent.
I have also another 1m2 tent with Samsung quantumboards + Meanwell 480w driver, it is similar to HLG RSPEC "chinese copy". It is good, but not as good as TGL-Combo.
