Just a late night update tonight...........
The switch to a 2-3-5 Early Bloom fertilizer was made on Saturday, and this will continue thru week 6. We are at day 19 in flowering now. pH is always 6.3, my ppm is low 700's but I'm fertilizing/watering every day and a half, all by hand. I plan to start giving them a flush every 3rd or 4th watering, just to be sure of avoiding any salt (fertilizer is a salt) build up in the medium.
The 3 Ethos Orange Kush Cake (OKC) plants are noticeably different compared to the BubbleHead. They are taller mainly and not as compact, and tomorrow I plan to pull them out of the room and either stake them or run some string/rope around them to keep control of the plants. Not a big deal.
I'm probably plucking a few leaves a day still, but overall, I think enough leaves have been removed to accomplish my purpose- all bud sites (and future buds) are getting max light and not being blocked from ample light. This strain is a little slow in development, and that's why the breeder stated it could take up to 11 weeks to finish these off. The OKC will be done 7-10 days earlier.
So, another easy peasy grow, no issues at all, and it's just a waiting game for now. By all accounts, this is a wonderful strain, think "sour delish" with nice potency. Can't wait!
