Too late to grow outside now?

I live in Florida and was wondering If I plant seeds in the next few days in some pots will they have time to grow?

same question too... my plants are all potted and have sprouted though.

i believe so its like the same as planting indoors and forcing flowering or growing 12/12 frm seed even though fall is not real close yet matter a fact im not planting until late july
