Nute burn would appear on the tips of the leaves... don't know what the problem is but think you can rule out nutrient burn.
Do you check the pH. of your runoff water? if so what is it?

What are you feeding it? What’s your ph? Have you been tracking the ph swing, water temps. What do the roots look like

I've found that some strains I've grown seem to need more Ca than others. Make sure that the nute solution pH is in a acceptable range(5.5-6.5). I like to start on the low side(5.5) and bump it up over the next week to 6.5. This helps the plant have access to the dissolved nutes. It looks like you do have a Ca deficiency.
