Took 70% of my cash and put it into the stock market

The stock market is so over inflated IMO... Where do you see it going and when? They want Biden to win so I don't see any fall in the next 5 months.
Will go up until September, crash in September because of election uncertainty, then take off after the election if the incumbent is replaced. If the incumbent stays there will be volatility. This has been the election year playbook since Clinton with the exception of the first Obama presidency because of the great recession.

Crash what 10% haha. The market is a joke, it only goes up... I fucked up bc I sit here dead from health issues and worried we were having a huge crash and I would be fucked more and stuck.... I have about the same amount of money I had before covid and it should have went up 5 times. Anyways Biden will win, they rigged the election 4 years ago and created a once in a 100 year virus right before the last year of the most hated president ever.

Inflation caused both an expansion in net income and an expansion in multiples. Stocks got cheap because profits went up because of price hikes. Then p/e's expanded because of the better results and they will continue to go up until another scare about unsustainable valuations pops up. Like you said if an unexpected outcome occurs in this election we could have one of those big scares. 10% + drops. Either way it's coming. But in the meantime just go long!
