Top and ScRog?

im going to be doing a ScRog grow and was curious if i could top my plant at the 4th node and then use the 2 tops to weave in my grid to make it fill up faster. Then flower it.

would that make it fill the grid faster? or would it be a waste of time?

i think topping and a little lst would be good for filling it out. its not exactly tops that you want its more branches to bend under the screen so you have a flat surface of nodes for shit to grow through the screen. i h avent tried scrog personally yet but i will when i finish my current grow if i can keep a female to clone or buy some fem seeds
