Topping Plants

So I heard topping your plants will give you a better yield come harvest time. First off, how old should the plants be to top them the 1st time? and how many times should a single plant be topped? What is recommended? I appreciate any/all advice, I want to be happy with my growing outcome! :bigjoint:

LST seems to provide the same or more extra yield a bit faster. Just bend them over when they have 4-5 nodes and tie the top down. Those nodes will all become tops without shocking or damaging the plant.

A plant can be topped as afew times but its best to stick to just 3 times, the best time to top a plant is in the middle of vegging, not to the end' ive heard of people topping in flowering but its not good that way. theres also a thing called super cropping, how you do this is afew days after you've topped your plant pinch the main stem' dont pich it hard enough thhat your finger nail cuts into the stem, what this does it concentrate's all the plants growing into the leaves below the pinch.
You can top a plant so the you get 4 growing shoots or colas, something like that lol

I topped my plant at week three of veg, once only, and tied all side branches down on week 4. Than flipped into flower. Its NYCD day 40 of flower.
