Topping ScrOG?

Wondering what peoples opinions are when it comes to topping with a scrog set-up. I know it will probably make veg time a little longer with doing so, but will it be beneficial in the end? Thanks for any help!

depends what strain it is..Most treminal growing plants dont benefit from topping, but a branch plant will do well

Overall your plant will get bigger faster if you dont. But i personally like to top once, to get her even on all sides.

yeh man i would top for a scrog. Get it havin alot of spread out branches so you can fill your screen up

If you do it will take more veg time but if you don't you won't have as much spread. I scrog and I personally never top the girls imo its really not necessary.

It will. But at the same time if your scrogging you can just veg a little longer too. But like I always say that's just how I do it if you do top em and it works out nice let me know I'm just doing it this way if it works out better I might have to change my opinion on it.

Thanks for the imput guys. Thinking if I wanna do either a couple plants in my scene without topping, or possible do one big daddy, topping twice, and making my screen a little higher then average. That way I have an even distribution of of main branches to tie down, and hopefully make filling out the screen move along a little faster. Even if initially it starts out slow, I'm wondering if it will be worth it in the long haul...
