Training Plants in their Flowering stage

i have 4 euphoria plants growing in my attic under a 250w HID bulb. they are 2 weeks into flowering and they are getting to tall for the grow room so i have been told to start bending them. is it ok to do that this late in the grow. And will this essentially increase yield as more light can reach the lower nodes? thanks for your help.

Yeah, just start bending the stalk little by little, tying it down as you proceed. You'll have no problem training them and getting the height under control. Just make sure you don't snap the stalks!
