transitioning from starts

I have a set of starts that I have had under a fluorescent grow light they are ready to go into a main grow room I have a 1500 lec in there I am wondering if anyone has advice on transitioning so as not to burn the babies.

Dim it if you can, if not, keep them in a corner where there's no direct light on them, or just straight up use something in your tent for shade and put them under it for a week. Slowly bring them out from the shade every day for an hour one day, then 3,5,7 etc.
