One of my plants are in there flowering phase, for about a month now. The pot is alittle to small for her. I was wondering if its to late to transplant them into a bigger pot?

not too late, rootbound plants are pretty easy to transplant, the main deal is you have to be super carefull to not damage the rootball at all! undue stress at this point will not only hurt overall yields but it could cause hermaphrotism.

If i do it with out messing or damageing the root ball my plant will be ok? Is there any chance it will hurt average yeild?

no it would'n be much, if you mess up a bit the leaves will droop for a few hours, i would get the pot ready with moist dirt, and make the hole the exact size and depth of the rootball, and tip the bucket over, tap the old one out and put it in the hole, water a little more and pat it a bit, if your fast and gentle it will be fine.
