Transplantation while flowering?

Hi dudes

I know it's a little bit early, since my babies are 1 week old,
but i want to be ready.

I have 40 babies in little plastic cups.
In about 2 weeks I'll transplant the 20 healthier to 2 Lt pots.

I think that 2 Lt pots are small for the final stage,
so I'll transplant once more the 10 of them to 4 or 6 Lt.

The question is

Can i wait until flowering and transplant my ladies ( hopping about 10 ) to the final pots ?
Or i must finish with transplantation before flowering, so I'll take about 50 % males to the final 10 pots ?

If you have experience in transplantation please tell me what you think.

You will want them transplanted a couple weeks before you flower. This will give the roots some time to get established in the new soil. This will allow them to wick off moisture evenly, because there will be very little veg'ing going on while flowering.

So i have to risk, hoping I'll keep ladies. Thanks dude

Why not go from cups to the 4-6 liter pots? The more often you transplant the more you risk damage.

Although I wouldnt suggest it but I have transplanted like 2 or 3 weeks into flower before and the buds actually doubled like over night prob from the new fresh nutrient rich soil or something but during that time there is still a little bit of vegitave growth going on so i prob would do it any later than that but to be safe i would suggest transplanting before you switch your lights. On another note i would skip the smaller buckets and put your good established babies in to the bigger pots they will get bigger faster guaranteed if you dont believe me plant half in the smaller and half in the bigger you will wish you put them all in the larger containers for sure. I actually just conducted a experiment where i planted clones I got in 3 different size containers i can post pics if you guys want to see the size difference.
