Transplanted, 10 weeks into veg. Yellowing fan leaves

Hi everyone,
Honestly over the last week had been hell. I’m week 10 vegetation and had a fungus gnat infestation (growing FFOF, compost, worm castings, and Dr. earth amendment, in 2x2 tent).

Leaves were dying randomly, plant was welting. Found a bunch of larvae in the first two inch, wasnt able to kill it with hydrogen peroxide and mosquito bits. Ended up hosing down the first inch of soil where i was able to see the roots on the top surface.

i then transplanted it from a 3g to a 7g pot, with more FFOF and compost.
Overall it started to look healthier, i’m still catching random fungus gnat in the yellow tape (although roughly 8 fungus gnats since the repot... where the fuck are they coming from?!).

Anyways the pictures attached are from tonight. Over the last week bottom leaves have continued to yellow and die. I thought it may have been the fungus gnat larvaes eating the roots, but this is after the transplant (maybe i havnt killed enough)... is this normal? I dont think its nitrogen deficiency since i added 3 gallon of FFOF.. its like a new fan leaf turn yellow as soon as i remove the previous one.

anyone help would be greatly appreciated.

did you mess up the roots any when you transplanted? the roots are no longer in contact with the required nutrient sources to sustain the entire plant. so the plants says, "ok sacrifice these bottom leaves until we are back to normal". plant is super healthy, dont even sweat those few lowers.

Try an oscillating fan blowing over that section of your plants and let your soil dry out a little more. Sticky traps catch the adults, but do nothing for the shit in your soil. Water in some nematodes to take care of the larvae, sticky pads will kill the adults then your problem should be gone. After a week, water in the other half of nematode pack and you're good.

Fungus gnats eat rot not roots, if eating plants you have bigger problems than gnats, as dank said fan over tops of pots, they dont fly well and any disruption in cycle will slow them down. Try not overwatering, will help too! Nice plants.
