i started my seedlings in an A-Ok starter cube, which is made with Grodan Stonewool, I was wondering when i transplate them into there 2 gallon pots let them grow then transplant them into a bigger pots so they get bigger, Is that a bad idea? and another question is if i could just plant those starter cubes into the pots with the soil?

You could start by puting them in beer cups, let them fill the cup with roots then put it into the two gallon pots. This works for me, then your not using as much water and nutes on bare soil that doesn't have roots spread out in it yet. And yes, go ahead and plant the cube in the soil...won't hurt a thing!
