I keep seeing these think they would be good for cloning people keep throwing them out getting new lights

I have used those 2G11 CFLs for a few years and they work great for vegging in a small space look up PL-L55 grows on this RUI and google. 4 years ago these light were gaining popularity among growers.people were even flowering with them. they seem more popular for structural lighting in Europe than in the US. if I were you I would be snatching those upI keep seeing these think they would be good for cloning people keep throwing them out getting new lights
