Trichome shots, look ready?

Looks really nice. I’d likely give it some more days, but not too much depending on your preferences. Ideally more of those pistils turn brown. Definitely some amber starting in on the trichs, but some clear ones still also. I’ll be interested what others say too.

At what point is there a negligible amount of weight being added? I’m on week 11 of a 9 week strain. Looks about ready for me. Any other opinions?

Mine's pretty much that same as yours & I'm giving her a few more days.
You have very few, clear or amber trichs - If you want a heady energetic high now's about the time to harvest, couch lock would be in a couple of weeks with 25% or so amber. A nice relaxing buzz is in the middle.

As you’ll read frequently here, growers’ advertised time windows are almost always “hopeful”. Each plant is its own entity. Grow environments affect times as well. I’d say from lots of reading here and personal experience, most of us expect to go at least two weeks beyond the advertised grow times.
My impression is that you’re at the beginning of the harvest window. They will gain noticeable mass if you give them another week or two. I’d wait till at least 90% of the pistils have turned brown. Gonna be good stuff from the looks of things. You could take a sample now.
