Apparently there is no treatment protocol for this stage of illness, just supportive therapy, steroids' and blood thinners according to doctors. He is being treated by military doctors, suckers and losers according to him, so he might demand antiviral therapy or even plasma. Donald could become very ill and possibly die, hard to fake that, he will whine about suffering on twitter before he goes and if he gets sick, he will be completely self absorbed feeling sorry for himself.
