TRUMP INDICTED

This Federal judge (appointed by trump) after all the testimony has been heard can just decide the gov did not prove their case. She has the authority to declare trump not guilty and never send it to the jury to decide, and there is no appeal. Done.....or if the jury finds trump guilty the judge can just impose a sentence of '0' time (there are no mandatory sentences for any of these crimes) and there is no appeal. This federal trial, with this judge, is a farce.. :finger:

“ More value “ than those stupid trump NFTs

You'd think a senator from Louisiana, the poorest, most poorly educated, last in schools and healthcare third world state wouldn't have time to post fake outrage videos about shit being sold in a gift store...I would have imagined his every waking hour would go towards improving Louisiana, getting more teachers, doctors, nurses, qualified law enforcement, rebuilding their shitty infrastructure that has been crumbling for decades...

But that’s not how you make America great again! No; the shining road forward depends on voter restrictions, laws against women’s rights, and keeping trans athletes out of polite society, unless they have open carry.

more proof that people who have a talent for accumulating wealth are not necessarily intelligent.

""I donate money because when I pick up the phone and call people, I like them to answer the phone," Catsimatidis said."

" Pate, who was set to attend a meet-and-greet event with Trump at his club in Bedminster, New Jersey, on Tuesday night, said he will "certainly be donating to his campaign in the future."
If Trump is found guilty of federal crimes in the documents case, Pate said he would "double down."
"If you believe in somebody and have confidence in him, why would you abandon him and take away your support," Pate added. "I might triple down.""
Triple down...you might abandon them when it's proven in a federal court that they are criminals...Or, you might believe the criminal telling you to ignore the proof of their crimes...which would an intelligent person do?

Why charges in documents case could be brought in New Jersey

Trump was uninterested in lawyer’s attempt to settle classified documents case: report
An attorney for former President Trump proposed trying to settle the classified documents case with the Justice Department (DOJ) last fall to avoid potential charges, but Trump was uninterested, The Washington Post reported Wednesday.

Three unidentified sources briefed on the matter told the Post that Christopher Kise proposed quietly approaching the DOJ to reach an agreement that would include the promised return of all remaining documents in Trump’s possession and no indictment. Kise reportedly wanted to try to “take the temperature down” and hoped that the DOJ would agree to avoid indicting a former president.

But other attorneys convinced Trump to take a more aggressive stance, according to the newspaper, and Kise never went to the DOJ with the proposal.

The Post reported that the offer was one of several times in which the former president’s attorneys tried to get him to cooperate with the investigation into the classified and sensitive documents kept at his Mar-a-Lago property in Palm Beach, Fla., after his presidency ended.
The Hill has reached out to Kise and the Trump campaign for comment. Kise declined to comment to the Post.

Months after Kise’s reported negotiation attempt, Attorney General Merrick Garland named Jack Smith as the special counsel to oversee the investigation. Last week, a 37-count indictment was filed against Trump, making him the first former president to face federal charges. The indictment includes 31 counts of the willful retention of documents in violation of the Espionage Act.

Trump campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung told the Post that Trump told the DOJ, “you need anything from us, just let us know.”
“Sadly, the weaponized DOJ rejected this offer of cooperation and conducted an unnecessary and unconstitutional raid on the President’s home in order to inflict maximum political damage on the leading presidential candidate,” Cheung said.

The federal indictment alleges Trump repeatedly ignored and sought to undermine officials’ attempts to retrieve the documents taken from the White House that should have been turned over to the National Archives. Trump allegedly misled his own attorneys about how many documents he had at Mar-a-Lago, causing them to wrongly inform authorities that they had fully complied with a subpoena that had been issued for the documents.

Seven unidentified Trump advisers with knowledge of the investigation told the Post that the former president told his advisers that the boxes of documents only contained newspaper clippings and clothes and ignored warnings from them about pending legal issues.
Trump has denied any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty to all charges during his arraignment Tuesday.

It makes a sort of sense when you consider that ‘that’ class of donors SUPPORTS THE AIM OF THE CRIMINALITY. If the aim is to remake the US into something more like Plato’s Republic, that includes a LOT of crime: gutting the constitution, reverting the franchise to white male property-owners *only*, re-establishing slavery as a “positive good”, remaking the US as a wealth-only aristocratic state, & commoditizing the rest of us, black, brown *and* white into either servitude outright or as wandering homeless tribes.

IMO *THAT* is the ‘prize’ they’re after…and it will ERASE ALL CRIMES COMMITTED IN PURSUIT OF IT.

SO: why would a deep-pockets owner in search of the operator who’ll make it all happen care about petty crimes like national security breaches? Or even about the J6 coup efforts in toto? On the contrary: why wouldn’t the Neon Nightmare be the PERFECT TOOL to finish the job?

And why wouldn’t DeSantis be the *perfect* backup play?

Billionaire ethics amount to “I *might not* screw you while you watch”. Racists imagine that whiteness makes them brothers to the billionaire…but the billionaires imagine getting their way no matter what

Exactly. If I want to understand the double-down-on-Trump-donations mentality, I think on what AI would suggest if I asked it how to gather the most money the quickest.

A little more depth here: there’s a high likelihood that Cannon will makes every effort to let Chump off without even a pinch & a slap, and early assessments suggest there’d be no real way to stop her from that; still, notice that the charges filed in FL DO NOT INCLUDE DISSEMINATION of national security information.

Why is that? Because these charges are all about HOW he did what everyone knows he did & PROVING IT IN COURT…which all happened in Florida, so jurisdiction….

The taped display of military secrets, etc occurred in Bedminster…so charges for what happened there have to be *filed* in NEW JERSEY. This means there will (almost certainly) be a separate court action for the look-at-this-secret-document business. I’ll expect it before or concurrent with actual J6 charges
