Trump wants death for drug dealers

In a campaign stop yesterday before a crucial special election for Congress, Donald Trump advocated the death penalty for drug dealers in the course of an hour-long rambling campaign style speech.

He confirmed reports that that he had been floating the idea of imposing a death penalty on drug dealers by a long discourse where he praised the criminal justice system in Thailand, China and the Philippines

Trump noted China once had a problem with “the opium” that was “devastating” and went on to explain his bafflement that murderers were treated more harshly than drug dealers. “If someone goes and shoots somebody, kills somebody they get the death penalty,” said Trump. In contrast, he noted “a drug dealer will kill 2,000 to 5,000 people during the course of his life”.

“Some countries have a very tough penalty, the ultimate penalty, and they have much less of a drug problem than we do,” Trump said during an appearance at the White House.

Trump also endorsed Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte’s approach to the issue; Duterte’s “drug war” has led to the deaths of thousands of people by extrajudicial police killings. Last year, Trump praised Duterte in a phone call for doing an “unbelievable job on the drug problem,” according to the New York Times.

totally amazed Mr Trump was elected in the first place, even more amazed he is still in office, always thought a person with such a flawed character were only elected in tinpot 3rd world countries? the ideal of never another Hitler or Stalin has been shattered and it seems now a distinct possibility for the future...in a first world country! and yes got both fingers crossed Mueller can find the dirt on the dude and drop it right on his head!...seems like no one else can do much to halt this 'person'

Hitler and Stalin were workaholics, Trump took 100 days off work last year to go golfing and fiddling with call girls. Trump isn't acting like a power crazed tyrant. If we must have a right wing nut for president, one that takes 1/3 of the year off and bungles policy debates is probably the for the best.
 
According to Trump, cocaine comes from a plant called "Cocoa" which he uttered standing next to a drug dealing president of colombia....

That's probably why you unconscionable government school enthusiasts always run away from talking about your preferred method of funding the things you like. You use Guns.

Is it because you are afraid your friend or relative who teaches school, might lose their paycheck / profit if they had to earn money thru voluntary trade or is it that you secretly like to use guns to get the things you like while also expressing your abhorrence for guns being used to threaten people ?
