I don’t buy it Rog. I really think, I really hope, that all 50 are still far more purple than we are all being made to feel for the majority of states to ban it without exception to mothers health , babies health, term etc.

the facts are there...if you go with your feelings, you make errors, you allow your bias to control your perceptions.
you "brainwash" yourself, and allow yourself to be controlled by immoral people, for unethical purposes.
look at the facts. no matter how much you dislike them, you can't invalidate a fact, and that is what you have to base your opinions on.

i don't think a majority of states will have "total" abortion, at least not right away, and perhaps never, if we don't let it happen.
but there are 5 that will for sure, and 3 more that are highly likely to have total or near total bans as well.
the female population of just those 5 states that are sure to have total bans or as close to it as they can get, is 9.75 million.
almost 10 million American women losing all reproductive rights to their own bodies, losing the right to make those decisions themselves, in privacy...because the illegally installed majority of the supreme court thinks GAWD wills it so.

That was just in reference to the cost. Yes it should but once the verdict is handed down all any appeals should be prompt not decades. Also this is a case of admission.

when the appeal is for your life, and your opponent is as flawed as the U.S. legal system is, they should have all the time they reasonably need...although ten years seems way the fuck more than adequate to me...i was thinking more like maybe 2 years

look how long it is taking the system to bring obvious bad actors to heel. I wonder if I’ll be alive for either Thomas trial.

They say the problem with capitol punishment is if you have the capital you don't get the punishment, or even indicted or convicted and enjoy "extraordinary rights" in the legal system, starting with cash bail. Trump exemplifies this and the law is a predictable algorithm that can be gamed with money, made by conservative judges with little concern with justice, much less social justice. Often it would bankrupt most counties and even some states to attempt to prosecute a multibillionaire for anything and ruin the lives of all involved.

Donald hasn't left the country since he lost the election and it makes me wonder why, he should have his jet fixed up or leased one and be globe trotting. He should be scouting out places to hide out from US extradition, but perhaps nobody will have him and the EU could even have a secret arrest warrant on human rights crimes. Would they even let him leave the country at this point? Manafort tried to leave, but his passport expired and he might be having trouble renewing it, Dubai is a popular destination for the corrupt, but not beyond Uncle Sam's reach.

So I'm curious, Donald should be taking a trip to his Golf course in Scotland, he used to be a globe trotter. I don't imagine he could get to Russia now and the prospects there would be bleak for him with the war on.

He only likes traveling on other peoples money
Desantis has more funding so he is afraid he might need it in the primary

He ain't running for office, he's running from prison, Desantis knows this and will bide his time till Donald is removed like a shit stain, with a good scrubbing. Donald's time is getting short and as soon as he helps the democrats win in 2022, he will be flushed, perhaps the process will begin before the election, just to spook Donald into announcing. The democrats are climbing back in the polls and need every advantage they can get for the midterms, anything goes, including letting Donald run around a little longer than he should.

they keep calling it a "private jet"...that is owned by a company that kerry's ex wife is "associated" with...and it is rented out for charter flights when not in use...that doesn't seem like a very private "private jet".
most of the trips made had nothing to do with kerry.

i think he's afraid we wouldn't let his fat orange ass back into the country, once we get him out of it.
