i was wondering which one of these items would be best for my savita plant and clone.

What type of soil are you using. It makes a difference when you select the nutes

Reason is if you are using a organic based soil, and you fertilize with chemical fertilizers it will kill the beneficial microbes that feed the plant

i have some soil my buddy gave me. has them white little nutrient things in the soil

The white little things are called perlite which help aerate the soil, plus good drainage.

Just call your friend and ask, what type of soil it is
